Services

Our certified team specializes in Assistive Technology Services and Restorative Practices Training, fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every student is empowered to reach their full potential.

IEP Services
Pathways to Inclusion is dedicated to supporting you and your team in providing exceptional IEP services to help students achieve their goals. Our offerings include Specialized Academic Instruction, Behavior Intervention Services, Assistive Technology, Transition support, and Parent Counseling and Training. Additionally, we can assist with case management services such as IEP writing, development, and meeting facilitation. Together, we can create a pathway to success for every student.

Evaluations
At Pathways to Inclusion, we provide a comprehensive range of evaluations designed to identify a strengths and areas for growth. Our assessment offerings encompass Academic Evaluations, Assistive Technology Assessments, Alternate Augmentative Communication Assessment, Functional Behavior Assessments, Transition Assessments, Intensive Individual Services Assessments, Psychoeducational Assessments, and Speech and Language Evaluations. We are committed to supporting each student's needs through tailored assessment solutions.

Professional Development
Welcome to our Professional Development offerings! We provide a variety of in-person, virtual, or hybrid training sessions designed to boost student achievement and support social-emotional growth. Our popular packages range from IEP Best Practices and Compliance to Leadership Development and Restorative Practices. Reach out to us, and together we can create a customized professional development plan tailored to your team's unique needs.

Consultation
We are poised to assist you and your staff in growing, sustaining or further developing initiatives unique to your site or district. Our interactive sessions help support continued professional learning and finding collaborative solutions to support student growth and development. Examples of consultative services include: School wide positive behavior intervention systems, individualized student programming, special education budget and oversight, special education administrative support, IEP compliance and oversight, CALPADS support and CDE compliance and monitoring.
Meet the Team

Co-Owner
Rainy Bruce
Rainy Bruce is the co-founder/co-owner of Pathways to Inclusion. She is passionate about ensuring students have a positive, inclusive, and equitable school experience in their Least Restrictive Environment. Rainy began her journey in special education working as an instructional assistant for a non-public school serving students primarily diagnosed with autism, emotional disturbance, and other moderate to severe developmental needs. After earning her extensive needs special education teaching credential, Rainy served as a special education teacher and inclusion specialist, serving students K-22 before transitioning to a special education Program Specialist. In her role as a Program Specialist, Rainy supported the special education programs and development of several schools located throughout the central valley. Based in primarily socio-economically disadvantaged communities, Rainy helped provide IEP oversight, compliance, training, development, and support of students with significant disabilities and behavioral needs. Rainy helped to create and spearhead many systems and practices for schools including co-teaching and alternate graduation pathways. In her most recent role as Director of Specialized Programs, Rainy helped teams navigate alternate placements, including non-public and residential settings, as well as supporting robust transition programs for students in secondary schools. Rainy is a certified International Institute Restorative Practices facilitator, a certified Assistive Technology Specialist, and a former Crisis Prevention and Intervention facilitator.

Co-Owner
Meghann Cazale
Meghann Cazale is the co-founder/co-owner of Pathways to Inclusion. She is dedicated to equitably serving all students in the Least Restrictive Environment. Meghann is passionate about maximizing student support to create environments for students to reach their full potential. Meghann began her career as a Special Day Class teacher, supporting students with significant behavior and emotional needs. Following her teaching career, Meghann transitioned into the role of a Behavior Intervention Specialist providing assessments, behavior supports and consultation to a wide range of students with disabilities from Pre-K through 22. Meghann also served as a Program Specialist for several years where she assisted with staff development, IEP meeting facilitation and oversight of student programming. Most recently, Meghann served as the Senior Director of Special Education where she supported budget oversight, mitigating legal risk, and professional development of administrators. Meghann holds a multiple subject credential, mild-mod support needs credential as well as a Master’s Degree in Special Education. She is a certified International Institute Restorative Practices facilitator as well as a certified Assistive Technology Instructor.
